ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been processed and passed on to our courier, a tracking number will be issued within 1-2 days of courier collection. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery at any time. If you have any questions regarding tracking updates, please do not hesitate to contact our team.

UK DELIVERY

At Luxe Bespoke, we are proud to offer free standard delivery on all orders to mainland UK. We take great pride in processing orders as quickly as possible; however, during busy periods delivery times may be slightly extended.

Delivery times are calculated from the date your order is dispatched from our warehouse. Upon receiving your order, our team will carefully sort and package your chosen items — this typically takes around 2–3 working days before dispatch.

Please note: delivery times may vary depending on parcel size, time of year, and delivery location. For garden furniture sets, please refer to the estimated delivery time shown on each individual product page.

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped from multiple locations and could arrive separately.

STANDARD DELIVERIES (UK)

  • Standard deliveries will take 7–10 working days from dispatch.
  • Deliveries are available Monday to Friday.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, our courier will contact you with a tracking number and estimated delivery date.
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery on the scheduled date, or contact the courier directly to rearrange.
  • We strongly recommend that you do not book any fitters or installers until you have received all of your goods in full and have checked them thoroughly.
  • Although we thoroughly inspect all products before they leave our warehouse, we advise you to check all products for damage immediately upon delivery.

EXPRESS DELIVERY (UK)

  • Express delivery is available for an additional fee, calculated at checkout.
  • Express deliveries typically arrive within 2–3 working days from the date of dispatch.
  • Express processing (prioritising your order through our warehouse) may also be added for an additional fee.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We are able to deliver internationally. Delivery timeframes and costs will vary depending on the destination country. For an accurate delivery quote or timeframe, please contact us directly before placing your order.

Please note: international orders may be subject to local VAT, import duties and customs charges upon arrival. Luxe Bespoke is not liable for any customs or import fees — these are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to the relevant local authorities.

If customs fees are not paid, local authorities may withhold or return your items, which may result in additional storage charges. Please note that charges vary per country.

RETURNS

We strive to ensure that every customer has the best possible shopping experience. We understand there may be occasions where you need to return an item, and we aim to make this process as straightforward as possible.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when it was received.
  • The item must be unused (unless the product has been powered on and there is a proven fault with the light fitting).
  • The return must include all items that were in the original package.
  • All items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a product defect, which must be agreed with our customer service team prior to returning the item.

It is essential to obtain a return authorisation before sending back any items. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted. To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@luxe-bespoke.com.

When returning goods, please include a copy of your order confirmation or invoice, along with a written note of your name, address, email address, order number, and reason for return. This will help speed up the processing of your return.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item, back to the original method of payment. Store credit may also be offered if preferred.

In the event that you receive damaged goods, you must notify us in writing by email within 48 hours of delivery. Please note that we do not accept exchanges — if you wish to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order once your return has been accepted.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please notify us in writing by email within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. ARE THE LIGHT FITTINGS EASY TO INSTALL?

Our light fittings are designed to be straightforward to install and come with fitting instructions. However, we always recommend that electrical installations are carried out by a qualified electrician in accordance with local regulations.
