Once your LUXE BESPOKE order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. Here's everything you need to know.
How to Track Your LUXE BESPOKE Order
We want you to feel confident and informed throughout the delivery of your order. From the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door, we keep you updated every step of the way.
Order Confirmed
You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, including your order number and summary.
Order Processed
Our warehouse team will pick, pack, and prepare your items. For in-stock items this typically takes 1–2 working days.
Order Dispatched
Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time.
Order Delivered
Sit back and enjoy! Your LUXE BESPOKE order will arrive securely packaged. A signature may be required on delivery for larger items.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard Delivery (UK Mainland)
In-stock items: 3–5 working days from dispatch
Made-to-order & bespoke items: 2–6 weeks depending on the product — you'll be given an estimated lead time at the time of ordering
Large furniture & fireplaces: Delivered by our specialist two-person delivery team; you'll be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery date
Express delivery: Available on selected items at checkout for next working day delivery (orders placed before 12pm)
Tracking Your Parcel
Your shipping confirmation email will contain a unique tracking number and a direct link to the courier's tracking page. Simply click the link or enter your tracking number on the courier website to see the live status of your delivery.
We work with a range of trusted UK couriers including DPD, DHL, and specialist furniture delivery services to ensure your items arrive safely and on time.
