At LUXE BESPOKE, we believe that luxury should last a lifetime. Every product in our collection — from designer lighting and premium garden furniture to our signature water vapour fireplaces — is selected and tested to meet the most demanding standards of quality and durability.

Our guarantees apply to the original purchaser and original installation address only. In the unlikely event that a product fails within the guarantee period, we will offer a free replacement or replacement part (or nearest equivalent).

How to Make a Guarantee Claim

If you believe your product has developed a fault within the guarantee period, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our Customer Service team by emailing sales@luxe-bespoke.com or using our contact form.

2. Provide your proof of purchase — your order confirmation or invoice — along with photographs of the issue where possible.

3. Our team will review your claim within 3–5 working days and advise on the next steps, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.

Guarantee Terms & Conditions

  • The guarantee applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) must be provided for all claims.
  • The guarantee does not cover damage during installation, accidental or malicious damage, or general wear and tear.
  • All products must be installed and used in accordance with the instructions provided.
  • The guarantee does not cover damage caused by inappropriate cleaning products or methods.
  • LUXE BESPOKE reserves the right to inspect goods before processing any claim.
  • Where a product is no longer available, we will offer a suitable equivalent at our discretion.
  • Items damaged in transit must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
  • The guarantee covers manufacturing defects and material faults only — not cosmetic issues arising from use.
  • Our liability is limited to the individual product and does not cover consequential loss or installation costs.

Defective Products on Arrival

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We ask that you keep all original packaging and take clear photographs of the damage — this helps us resolve your claim as quickly as possible.
